Customer service people possess the people to make or ruin my day.

I had a terrible experience with Earthlink earlier, but I just had the most delightful conversation with this guy at my Web hosting company (whose number I had to look up through the WhoIs record on Network Solutions, of all things). He is fixing my problem and was friendly about it to boot.
